Koenigsegg Australia opens in Melbourne with Fabulous Catering!

Koenigsegg’s newest dealership enjoyed a very warm reception at its launch last week, providing a much-appreciated injection of excitement into the Australian automotive landscape. We are proud to have been apart of the launch, taking care of the catering for the event resulting in very happy and very full visitors and staff!
The launch began with an invitation-only cocktail party on Thursday, June 21st, at the Lorbek Luxury Cars facility in Port Melbourne. The gala event was attended by over 200 collectors and enthusiasts, all keen to indulge in their first Koenigsegg experience.

 

This delicious menu consisted of 

– Squid Ink Brioche w panko crumbed ocean trout & celeriac remoulade
– Moroccan Lamb Kofta Cigars
– Sticky Pork and Prawn Banh Mi
– Salmon Caviar Blini w Meyer Lemon & Micro herb
– Quinoa & Zucchini Fritter w spanner crab mousseline
– Peking Duck Pancakes
– Sous vide watermelon, vodka, aged balsamic, basil
– Mini Japanese Pancake (Okonomiyaki) w bonito flakes
– Smoked Chicken Waldorf cups
– Grilled Asparagus Spear Parcels w Jamon Iberico

We take the time to answer any questions you may have, to demonstrate the presentation of the catering that you can come to expect on the day of your function.
  • A selection of your choice’s up to 10 different finger foods (2 piece of each)
  • A further 10 items of our most popular selections – chosen by the chef.
  • Approx 1 hour of our consultants time to go over any logistics for the day.

This service is only available to orders that have received their first quote and meet the eligible criteria. Samples are highly recommended for a maximum of up to 4 people to be in attendance.
